Gabriel B. Locher graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1990 and was admitted to the practice of law in Michigan on November 5, 1990. Mr. Locher is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the Michigan Association for Justice.
